Venue Terms of Service / Public Offer

1. Parties

These terms are concluded between Wowclub s.r.o. (Nevädzová 17211/6F, 821 01 Bratislava – mestská časť Ružinov, Slovakia, IČO 54 831 750), hereinafter "WOWmenu", and the legal entity or sole trader operating the venue, hereinafter "Venue".

2. Venue account

On joining the platform, a venue is assigned a unique identifier. The account is managed by the Admin — the person who registered the venue, with full access to all features. The Admin may assign staff to the Waiter role with limited access — only to the current order and the guest's name, without access to payment settings or the guest's other personal data. Admin and Waiter credentials are personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

3. SaaS features and plans

WOWmenu provides access to the platform: digital QR menu, order acceptance, AI features, analytics. The following plans are available: Free (€0), Start (€19), Growth (€59), Pro (€99). The AR Hostess feature is available permanently on the Growth and Pro plans, and on the Start plan as a 14-day trial.

4. Guest orders

Guests place orders through the WOWmenu platform. The seller of the dishes and services to the guest is the Venue — the venue issues the receipt and is responsible for fulfilling the order, for the quality of the dish and for handling guest complaints. WOWmenu acts as a technology provider.

5. Payments and Stripe

Payment for guest orders, where available online, is processed by Stripe. The Venue completes the Stripe Connected Account onboarding. WOWmenu does not hold guest funds and receives the platform commission through an application fee. The financial consequences of a chargeback are borne by the Venue.

6. Armani

Armani is the internal WOWmenu balance (1 Armani = 1 euro) used by the Venue to pay for platform features: the subscription plan, menu digitisation, AR Hostess, AI recommendations. Armani is not used by guests. The balance remains on the account until the account is deleted; a cash refund of an unused balance is not provided.

7. Reviews

Guests may leave reviews of the Venue. A review is sent to the venue administrator. The Venue may reply to a review — the reply is shown to the guest in their account.

The Venue provides WOWmenu with venue content (name, menu, photographs), which may be displayed in the application, on the website and in WOWmenu marketing materials.

8. AI, OCR, translation and AR features

The Venue may upload photographs of its menu for recognition and translation. Allergen information is entered manually by the venue — the Venue is responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate. The AR Hostess feature processes camera video locally on the guest's device. Results generated by artificial intelligence (menu recognition, translation, recommendations) may contain inaccuracies — the Venue is advised to check them before use.

9. Intellectual property

WOWmenu software, design and trademarks belong to WOWmenu. The Venue grants WOWmenu a non-exclusive licence to use the content it provides, including in WOWmenu marketing materials; the licence survives termination of the relationship between the parties. The Venue may not use the WOWmenu name, logo or other trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Rules of use

The Venue undertakes to provide accurate information about the venue, its menu and prices, not to post unlawful content and not to breach applicable law.

11. Suspension and account deletion

WOWmenu may suspend or block the Venue's access in cases of: fraud, abusive behaviour towards guests, provision of inaccurate information, breach of the law, attempts to circumvent the platform's technical limits, or damage to the platform's reputation. In most cases a prior warning is given.

The Venue may delete its account at any time; data is removed from our servers immediately, except where retention is required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

The Venue is notified 30 days in advance of any change to these terms, to the plans or to the commission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WOWmenu is not liable for the accuracy of information provided by the Venue, for the Venue's conduct towards guests, or for interruptions in the operation of the platform.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovakia, with jurisdiction of the courts of Slovakia.
