The code instantly opens the Wowmenu app on the phone, where the guest sees your venue's dish catalogue straight away.
The menu is translated into the languages you need, and the app interface adapts to the guest's language automatically.
Ari answers the guest's questions about the menu, helps them decide and makes profitable upsells.
The guest fills the cart, places the order and leaves a tip right from the app.
Wowmenu works hardest where the menu is complex, the guests are varied and waiters are in short supply.
Fast turnover and plenty of small upsells. The AI assistant offers a second shot, a syrup or a dessert where the waiter never gets a chance, pushing every check to its maximum.
AR keeps the children at the table and the parents in the venue. Guests come back for the experience, not just the food.
A long list and a noisy room. The guest works through the menu alone, without shouting over the music or flagging down a waiter.
Unfamiliar names and ingredients. The menu explains itself, and Ari answers questions about heat, raw fish and allergens.
Guests stay long and order in waves. Ari keeps upselling all evening without tying up staff.
Presentation is part of the experience. AR shows the dish before it is ordered, and that works for the venue's standing.
Foreign guests often leave over the language barrier without ordering at all. A multilingual menu keeps them in your room and turns them into real revenue.
One menu, a shared balance and limits across the chain, analytics per location. Update a price once and it changes everywhere.
The guest types “I want meat, no onion, under 30 €” — and Ari instantly finds the perfect dish.
You steer the sales: set a list of priority dishes — high margin, the fresh catch or stock to clear — and Ari offers them to the guest first.
Replies are text for now, voice comes later. The venue pays for the prompts — for the guest Ari is free.
Tap a question to see the answer. These replies are scripted; the real Ari answers free-form text inside the app. Dishes and prices come from the Bimbo Bomba menu.
A virtual ambassador greets guests at the table, presents the menu and creates a wow effect from the very first second. Choose the character that best fits your venue's concept.
city cafés, business restaurants and family restaurants
traditional pubs, beer restaurants, Bavarian beer halls and grill bars
family pizzerias, Italian trattorias, bakeries and brunch cafés
sushi bars, Japanese restaurants, Asian bistros and pan-Asian concepts
fine dining restaurants, premium bars and night clubs
These are five of nine characters. Growth includes three hostesses, Pro includes all nine. The rest can be bought for 20 Armani each and stay yours for good. Need your own unique character? We will gladly build a hostess for your brand — it can even take the form of your chef or a real member of staff.
Four mechanics, each with a clear result at the till.
While the waiter is busy at another table, Ari offers the guest a dessert, drinks or the priority items from the manager's list. It does so unobtrusively, guided by the guest's tastes and wishes.
Average check grows on its own — with no extra load on the floor
A foreign guest chooses dishes in their own language and sees ingredients and allergens without a translator or a waiter. Service is flawless for tourists.
More sales — extra revenue at the till
A life-size AR hostess and an interactive menu in augmented reality create a wow effect right at the table. Guests happily shoot photos and videos with them for their social media.
Guests' stories and Reels — free advertising for the venue
The guest pays from their phone in a couple of taps, with no waiting for the terminal or the bill. Tips are left more often and the table frees up for the next guests.

500 prompts is roughly 100 conversations a month: one prompt equals one guest message. Beyond that prompts cost pennies — on Pro, 0.005 € each.
Payment is in euro. A top-up credits the venue balance with the internal Armani currency at 1:1, and that is what pays for actions inside the app.
Nothing to retype by hand — we work with the menu you already have.
Upload a PDF, or simply photograph the paper menu with your phone — JPEG, PNG. Wowmenu recognises items, prices and ingredients automatically, and the digitised pages are already included in your plan.
Add photos or video to a dish so the card looks appetising. The AI suggests recommendations for every item automatically — a sauce for the steak, for instance.
Need a change? Edit any detail in a second.
The guest scans the code with their phone camera — the menu opens instantly in their language, offering the perfect pairings and sauces right away.
The menu stays yours: edits, prices and out-of-stock lists are yours to change at any moment.
To grow revenue systematically and take pressure off the team. The platform works as a self-contained sales engine: guests order quickly on their own through the mobile app, the AI assistant helps them choose dishes and upsells, and the team manages tables without the rush and the lost tickets.
Yes, and it is a familiar standard for both sides. For the guest it is a pattern they already know — like a banking app or a favourite delivery service: scan the QR code and everything is clear without instructions, with fast ordering and an AI assistant on hand.
The app becomes a tool for managing your customer base and analytics. Unlike a static website, the platform gives a venue real instruments for retention and growth:
Guest status. The system automatically recognises whether this is a new visitor or a regular.
Frequency and statistics. It keeps a detailed record of visits, frequency and individual preferences.
Loyalty programmes. It lets you launch personal bonus schemes and targeted special offers with ease.
No, the system works on its own. Orders arrive on the tablets or phones of the manager and staff in real time, which removes the need for complex, lengthy technical integrations with cash terminals.
Setting up a venue completely, up to the first guest, takes 10–30 minutes: fill in the profile, choose the basic venue settings, digitise the menu, then check the items, add photos or video to the dish cards and select languages. The digitisation itself takes just a minute: you upload the menu and recognition runs automatically.
Digitisation is included in the plan: 5 pages on Start, 20 on Growth, 50 on Pro. On the free plan the menu is typed in by hand or digitised separately.
On the paid plans there is no limit on the number of items — 200 items is a standard menu size. Limits apply only on the free plan (Free), which is meant for a first look and holds up to 30 items.
A large menu is exactly where the product helps most: structured categories and built-in search organise a wide choice and take routine questions off your staff.
Ari finds the right dishes either through ready-made scenarios or through a live chat.
Interactive questionnaires (the core). Every venue type comes with quick built-in scenarios: up to three questions about food and up to three about drinks, with answer options. Once the guest answers, they immediately get a personal recommendation that respects their preferences and strict allergen limits. The administrator can fully customise these questions for their own menu.
Priority dish list. In any recommendation, the AI always draws on items from the administrator's dedicated list — that is where you put high-margin dishes or ones whose shelf life is running out.
Live chat (in addition). If a guest wants something specific, they can talk to the assistant freely, as in a messenger.
Smart cross-selling. The AI sets up pairings automatically: order a steak and Ari suggests a sauce, order fish and it suggests wine — lifting the bill without the waiter.
Cost for guests. For visitors, every suggestion and selection from Ari is completely free. The venue pays for the AI out of its platform balance.
They are a free viral marketing tool. Vivid interactive characters and AR elements in the menu draw guests' attention and prompt them to take photos and video, post them on social media and create an organic flow of new visitors.
Through automatic AI translation into 75 languages. The administrator selects the languages needed and translates the menu in one click. The guest scans the QR code and automatically gets the interface and dish descriptions in their own language, or in the venue's base language.
All operations inside the system are made in a single unit of account — Armani (1 EUR = 1 Armani). This replaces awkward multi-currency handling: you top up the balance once in a convenient currency, and the platform automatically deducts Armani for orders, subscriptions and other payments at a fixed, transparent rate with no conversion fees. It keeps the bookkeeping simple for venues in any region.
There are two ways, with different economics. Topping up through the mobile stores (App Store and Google Play) is convenient but includes the platforms' commission. Topping up through the official website costs less. In both cases the system generates fiscal receipts automatically and sends them to the administrator's email.
Yes, you can cancel a subscription at any time. The service imposes no long-term commitments: you can stop or cancel the renewal in your account in a couple of clicks, with no penalties or hidden conditions.
Once the subscription ends, the menu keeps working on the free plan (Free) — guests will not see a broken page or an error.
The system keeps working offline. During a short outage, tablets and terminals retain the critical functionality, and all new orders sync and arrive in the queue as soon as the connection is back, so no guest data is lost.
Digitise your menu with AI, try the killer features that give you an edge and see the check grow.
The basic plan runs indefinitely — no card required.
