Guest Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms are concluded between Wowclub s.r.o. (Nevädzová 17211/6F, 821 01 Bratislava – mestská časť Ružinov, Slovakia, IČO 54 831 750), hereinafter "WOWmenu", and the individual using the WOWmenu application or website as a guest, hereinafter "you".

By using WOWmenu you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. WOWmenu is available to persons over 18 years of age.

2. Description of the service

WOWmenu provides a digital platform for interacting with participating venues: a digital QR menu, venue search, AI dish recommendations, ordering, payment, reviews, and the AR Hostess feature.

3. Account

To use certain features you create an account via Google, Apple or Email. You are required to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not pass your credentials (login and password) to third parties or give them access to your account.

4. AI recommendations

WOWmenu provides AI dish recommendations based on your request, the preferences you have specified and the venue's menu. Responses generated by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies — do not rely on them without checking for yourself. An AI recommendation is not medical or dietary advice and does not guarantee the absence of an allergen in a dish. Please verify the composition of a dish and the presence of allergens with the venue before ordering.

5. Ordering and payment

You may place an order with a participating venue through the WOWmenu platform. Depending on the venue's plan, ordering may be available only while you are physically present at the venue, or also remotely. Payment, where available online, is processed by Stripe; WOWmenu does not hold your funds in its own accounts.

The seller of the ordered dishes and services is the venue — it is responsible for fulfilling the order and for the quality and conformity of the dish.

6. Refunds

A refund for an order is initiated by the venue itself. Details are set out in our Payments & Refunds document.

7. Geolocation, camera and AR

Geolocation is used to find the nearest venues and works only while the application is open. The AR Hostess feature processes camera video locally on your device.

8. Reviews

You may leave a review of a venue (text, rating, photo). The review is sent to the venue and is not published to other guests. A review must not contain unlawful, offensive or defamatory content.

9. Rules of use

You undertake not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to infringe intellectual property rights, not to post offensive content, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to WOWmenu systems.

10. Intellectual property

The WOWmenu application, website, software and trademarks are the property of WOWmenu. You grant WOWmenu a licence to use the content you post to the extent necessary for the platform to operate. You may not use the WOWmenu name, logo or other trademarks without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WOWmenu is not liable for the acts of venues, for the quality and safety of dishes, or for the accuracy of AI recommendations as regards allergens.

12. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, your data is removed from our servers immediately, except where retention is required by law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or block your access to the platform in the event of a breach of these terms, including fraud, abusive behaviour, posting unlawful content or attempting unauthorised access to our systems.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovakia. If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected by this choice.
